Notice of resumption of buffet

We will resume the buffet on September nineteen (Saturday).

In addition, we are implementing measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections, and we will change the contents to the following to ensure the safety of our customers.

*Wearing a mask other than when eating and drinking, temperature measurement when entering the store, etc.
*Meal time is 60 minutes.
*Reservations are not accepted.

About Seishu-no-Sato

Hanaoka Seishu Honoring Facility Seishu-no-Sato!

Hanaoka Seishu is the world's first person to succeed in removing breast cancer using general anesthesia. Seishu-no-Sato was built as a facility for honouring and to enjoyably learn his great achievement. It has the home and clinic, which was made by Seishu,and also has Flower Hill Museum,which was designed with a motif of Detura flowers by the late architect Kisho Kurokawa. The museum has an exhibition room that exhibits the records of Hanaoka Seishu. Also the restaurant serves as a base for food education recommended by Kinokawa City. where you can enjoy dishes made with local seasonal ingredients in a buffet style.
